With more than 60 years of tradition and experience, Blanické strojírny in Vlasim produces rolling bearings since 1959. All production of bearings is produced in accordance with ZKL/ZVL's original technology and production standards, and the continuous improvement of the product's quality assurance process in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 guarantees the reliability and long service life of KLF-ZVL products. The production of all standard series tapered roller bearings as well as the NN 30 series precision double row roller bearings for various demanding applications was concentrated at the outlet, and the company became the only manufacturer of this series of roller bearings in Czechoslovakia. To ensure innovative solutions in technology and product design, we have introduced the production of 34 types of tapered roller bearings with dimensional accuracy P0, P6, P5 and special models "E" and "B" in technology and processes, as well as special types of bearings suitable for It is suitable for the storage of various high-speed spindles with high requirements in textile machinery.
